Payment Information


Due Dates:

Property taxes are due in two installments if greater than $100.

The first installment is due and payable October 1st and becomes delinquent if postmarked or received after 5:00 p.m. November 1st.

The second installment is due and payable March 1st and becomes delinquent if postmarked or received after 5:00 p.m. May 1st.


Exceptions:

1) Taxes of $100 or less are due in the first installment.

2) If the total tax due for the tax year (the amount of both installments) is received or postmarked before 5:00 p.m. on December 31st, any interest on the first installment is waived.

Caution: Mail early!! We have noticed that the post office does not always postmark the date you mail your payment. To insure that your payment is credited timely, we recommend that you mail early or obtain a receipt from the post office.

Payment must be in US FUNDS only. Check, cashier check or money order is acceptable.

We currently do not accept credit card payments. However, we do accept credit card checks. We also accept payments online via ACH. If you have any questions, please call (520) 724-8341.

Delinquent Taxes

Delinquent tax liens must be redeemed in full by the owner, the owner's agent, assignee or attorney, or any person who has a legal or equitable claim in the property. If you are not the owner of record, we will require proof of your right to redeem the tax lien. Please contact our office at (520) 724-8341 for further information.
